The World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF), an initiative of the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, has been held annually since 2017. It serves as a global gathering for leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to explore and advance solutions for the circular economy.
In response to growing geopolitical and economic instability, WCEF emphasizes the significance of multilateral cooperation and transcontinental partnerships to address global challenges. The forum provides a platform to showcase innovative solutions that enhance economic competitiveness, reinforce energy security, and promote sustainable industrial transformation, particularly in emerging markets.
