Ms. Tran Phuong Ha is a communications expert with a strong foundation in international relations. Holding a Master's degree from Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam on International Relations, she leverages her expertise to navigate complex communication landscapes involving diverse stakeholders.
Ms. Phuong Ha is a member of the Vietnam Journalist Association. Throughout her career, she has actively participated in numerous projects involving a wide range of multilateral actors like C40, UN ESCAP, and USAID, as well as private sector players.
