Hanoi, October 8–11, 2025 – The FIATA World Congress 2025, organized by the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), took place at the National Convention Center. The event gathered government leaders, representatives from international logistics associations, freight forwarding companies, transport operators, and supply chain experts, with over 1,200 delegates from more than 150 countries.
Co-hosted by FIATA and Vietnam’s logistics organizations, the congress served as a global platform for sharing insights on challenges, development trends, and cooperation opportunities within the logistics industry.
On the opening afternoon, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính attended the plenary session and delivered an important speech. He emphasized Vietnam’s aspiration to become a regional logistics hub, reaffirming the country’s position as a “reliable partner” in global supply chains. The Prime Minister underscored the government’s commitment to promoting green logistics, emission reduction, and supply chain resilience. He also called upon domestic and international enterprises to enhance collaboration in digital transformation and innovation, moving toward a circular economy, in which logistics plays a central role in ensuring sustainability and adaptability to global uncertainties.
