On October 10, 2025, in Hanoi, the first Vietnam Private Economy Panorama Forum (ViPEL 2025) took place, bringing together over 500 delegates representing government agencies, international organizations, business associations, and the private sector nationwide. The event was chaired by the Central Economic Commission, in coordination with the Central Propaganda Commission, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations, and the Government Office.
ViPEL 2025 marked a strategic step in reaffirming the pivotal role of Vietnam’s private sector as a key driver of national growth. The Forum’s central theme - "Public-Private Partnership in Nation Building" — carried a profound message of partnership between the State and enterprises: sharing a common vision, acting together, and co-owning the responsibility for a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
The thematic sessions and forums of ViPEL 2025 addressed key aspects of the national economy. The first session focused on innovation and digital transformation, emphasizing technology as the key to boosting productivity and competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises. The second session discussed infrastructure and sectors of national advantage, from logistics and energy to smart urban development, with an aim to attract private investment in strategic projects. The third session centered on manufacturing and the alliance of supporting industries, targeting the creation of stronger domestic supply chains and higher localization rates. The fourth session emphasized human and service development, including finance and market ecosystems, as the foundation for sustainable private sector growth. In parallel, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum celebrated the leadership and creativity of women in business, highlighting their contribution to shaping an inclusive and modern economy.
Speaking at the plenary session, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính reaffirmed that the private sector is one of the most important pillars of the economy, significantly contributing to growth, the state budget, and employment. He emphasized that amid global transformations, Vietnam has a “golden opportunity” to break through by harnessing the pioneering spirit and creativity of its business community. The Prime Minister urged the private sector to embrace the principle of “three pioneering roles and two strengths”: pioneering in aligning corporate goals with national objectives, pioneering in technological innovation, and pioneering in ensuring equity and social welfare; while growing stronger beyond its current limits and stronger through global integration. Concluding his address, the Prime Minister gifted the forum a 20-word message encapsulating the essence of public–private partnership:
“An enabling government – Pioneering entrepreneurs – United public-private efforts – A strong nation – A happy people.”
KLINOVA’s representative was present at ViPEL 2025, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to accompany the Government and the business community in promoting public–private cooperation for sustainable development. This participation once again underscored KLINOVA’s dedication to advancing the values of innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility – the core principles that align with ViPEL 2025’s vision of "Public-Private Partnership in Nation Building".
As ViPEL 2025 concluded, the spirit of "Public-Private Partnership in Nation Building" was expected to move beyond a slogan and evolve into a true philosophy of action – paving the way for a new mechanism of cooperation between the State and the private sector. With the strong engagement of ministries, local authorities, and a determined business community, ViPEL 2025 is seen as the starting point of a transformative journey in which every economic actor joins hands to build a prosperous, resilient, and happy Vietnam.
