On the afternoon of August 14, 2026, Vietnam Innovation Days 2026, organized by the Innovation Support Center (ISC), took place with the participation of representatives from government agencies, businesses, experts, and organizations supporting innovation.

The program was organized as part of the series of activities leading up to Vietnam Innovation Day 2026, with the aim of connecting the innovation ecosystem, sharing practical experiences, and promoting dialogue among stakeholders within Vietnam’s innovation community.

At the program, Mr. Chu Thuc Dat, Deputy Director General of the Authority of Innovation, shared his perspective on innovation policies and the innovation policy framework, focusing on directions to support businesses throughout their innovation journey.

The discussions focused on how businesses can build a culture of innovation, enhance competitiveness in the digital era, and integrate innovative thinking into their business operations. In addition, the guests shared practical experiences in business operations, from identifying innovation needs and selecting appropriate solutions to transforming innovation into tangible value for businesses.

In particular, the program also addressed the importance of promoting national cultural identity throughout the innovation process. Innovation is not only about technology or new business models, but also about the ability to inherit the cultural values, thinking, and unique strengths of Vietnamese businesses to create competitive advantages in the new context.

At the program, Dr. Nam NGUYEN, Director of KLINOVA, participated as the moderator, facilitating the discussions and connecting the perspectives of the speakers.

Through direct questions and exchanges, Dr. Nam NGUYEN and the speakers focused on the issue of how to turn innovation from a strategic direction into practical activities within businesses.

The speakers shared diverse perspectives on how businesses can identify innovation opportunities, build a culture of innovation, apply technology, and innovate their business methods. The practical experiences shared during the program contributed to providing businesses with more concrete approaches to building innovation capabilities and adapting to changes in the market.

We hope that the insights and exchanges from the program will provide businesses with more perspectives and practical directions on their journey toward innovation, thereby gradually enhancing their competitiveness and achieving sustainable development in the new era.
