VACEO CONNECT #4 | AI & THE FUTURE OF BUSINESS brought together more than 80 CEOs from the Vietnam Association of Chief Executive Officers (VACEO) for a programme focused on artificial intelligence (AI), business operations, and opportunities for collaboration in an increasingly digital economy.
Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nam, CEO of KLINOVA Climate Innovation Consulting & Services and Vice President of Training at VACEO, contributed to the organization of the event and facilitated the question-and-answer session with the speakers. Exploring AI’s Role in Vietnam’s Business Landscape
The programme featured two key sessions examining AI from both strategic and operational perspectives.
The first session, “AI & The Future of Vietnamese Businesses,” was delivered by Dr. Nguyen Chi Cong, Head of Vietnam’s Information Technology Standards Committee. Through expert insights and an interactive discussion, the session explored the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for Vietnamese businesses, particularly as digital transformation reshapes the competitive landscape.
The second session, “AI in Business Operations,” led by MSc. Pham Thanh Nam, an expert in AI application training and consulting, focused on the practical integration of AI into business management. Participants explored how AI tools can support operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.
Together, the two sessions connected strategic perspectives on AI adoption with practical approaches to applying AI in everyday business operations, helping CEOs better understand how emerging technologies can support their organizations' development.
Beyond the expert sessions, VACEO CONNECT #4 featured a Business Expo and Business Matching activities, providing opportunities for participating companies to showcase their products and services, connect with potential partners, and explore new avenues for cooperation.
