Voice of Women in Hydrogen - Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue

In the global energy transition, hydrogen is emerging as a breakthrough solution that drives decarbonization and supports sustainable development. Yet, technology alone is not enough—true progress also requires diversity, inclusion, and equal participation across genders

Women are playing an increasingly visible role in shaping the energy and hydrogen sectors. From policy and research to leadership and innovation, their voices and contributions are key to building a just and inclusive energy transition.

The “Voice of Hydrogen” initiative, part of the International Hydrogen Ramp-Up (H2Uppp) Programme implemented by GIZ across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Viet Nam, highlights stories of women professionals who are driving impact in the sector. In its 3rd episode, Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, Project Director at KLINOVA and an active member of WIEV – Women in Energy Vietnam, shared her perspectives on hydrogen development in Viet Nam and the opportunities to further advance gender equality. the interview was featured by GIZ Thailand.
