On August 13, 2025, in Hanoi, an in-person training session took place under the framework of the program “Optimizing Data Management in the Textile Industry through the Dual Transformation of Digitalization and Green Transition.”
The event was jointly organized by FPT Digital, GIZ Vietnam, and the Agency for Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development (APED), with the aim of supporting Vietnamese textile enterprises in accelerating their digital transformation journey in parallel with the green transition.
The training attracted nearly 50 participants, including representatives from textile enterprises, consulting experts, and experienced speakers in the field of sustainable transformation. This served as an important forum for connection, exchange, and the exploration of practical solutions for applying digital technology in tandem with green production across the industry.
In the opening remarks, representatives from GIZ Vietnam, FPT Digital, and APED emphasized the importance of strengthening data management capacity for businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). According to the organizers, the dual transformation not only helps businesses optimize operational efficiency but also enables them to better meet the increasingly stringent requirements of international markets for sustainable development.
During the morning session, speakers focused on the topic of data management in the fashion supply chain to enhance operational efficiency for small and medium-sized textile enterprises. The training content was delivered alongside interactive discussions and Q&A sessions, creating a dynamic and practical learning environment. In the afternoon, the program continued with the theme of optimizing environmental and energy data management, which is considered the “key to sustainable growth” in the textile industry—helping businesses not only minimize environmental impacts but also enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
Present at and contributing to the success of the event, KLINOVA expressed its commitment to accompanying enterprises on their green transition journey. In particular, for the textile industry—one of Vietnam’s key strengths and also a sector under close attention from the Government with specific regulations on greening business processes—KLINOVA is dedicated to supporting enterprises in adopting sustainable solutions, thereby enhancing competitiveness and integrating effectively into international markets.
This event is regarded as an important starting point in accompanying Vietnamese textile enterprises on their path toward integration and sustainable development. Through the program, the organizers expect that businesses will not only successfully apply advanced data management solutions but also reaffirm their commitment to the global trend of green and sustainable production.
