Job Location: KLINOVA Office, 2nd floor, Green Pearl Building, 378 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
Working time: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 17.30pm)

Job Description:
-    Do tasks related to sustainability, sustainable development, activities and policies focusing on Climate/green finance, green banking;
-    Develop reports in English and Vietnamese;
-    Translate reports and materials into Vietnamese or English;
-    Contact and exchange with the partners of company;
-    Directly participate in corporate projects;
-    Conducting surveys with customers;
-    Data collection and analysis;
-    Writing reports;
-    Preparing requested documents;
-    Organizing workshop and events;
-    Do other assigned tasks by manager.

Skills Required:
-    Completed bachelor studies or above in either Finance, Sustainable finance, or relevant field; degrees in Climate change, Environment, Energy, Natural Sciences, and Industries related to Sustainable development with professional experience relevant to Climate finance can be considered
-    At least 2 years of experience in Climate finance (in case applicants who do not meet the minimum experience requirement but still excellently prove their ability and career orientation in line with the company’s development strategy, are considered for an interview);
-    Familiarity with risk management, green finance, assessment and management of climate-change related risks, green finance taxonomies, climate-related portfolio risk assessments, financial sector reporting and analysis;
-    Familiarity with capital market and/or investment banking practice, bond market, private sector investment, and climate change;
-    Familiarity with international and regional discourses in climate finance, sustainable finance, or thematic financial instruments, such as Paris Alignment, EU Taxonomy, The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bond Principles, Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI) Green Bond Standards, and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Taxonomy, ASEAN Green Bond Standards, etc.;
-    Familiarity with Vietnam’s commitment to COP26 and the financial sector;
-    Strong IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…);
-    Demonstrating proficient English language skills in reading, writing, and communication would be a significant advantage;
-    Strong time management, independent working capabilities, and teamwork skills;
-    Possessing proficiency in data analysis and synthesis, along with the capability to deliver presentations to audiences;
-    Able to work in a Hanoi-based office, and have domestic and international business trips upon working request.
