Number of candidate: 01 Deadline:17/05/2026 Job Location : KLINOVA Office, 2nd floor, Green Pearl Building, 378 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. Responsibilities: - Conduct B2B market and customer research; analyze the market related to the company’s business activities. Compile information and market insights, and prepare simple reports to propose appropriate strategies. - Develop and implement processes, tools, and systems to optimize marketing performance (email Marketing, SEO marketing, analysis tools, …). Create content and execute communication campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Website, LinkedIn). - Collaborate with the team to create and manage the production of communication materials (both online and offline). - Participate in executing marketing campaigns according to plan; monitor data and prepare weekly performance reports. - Support other ad-hoc tasks within the Marketing department. Skills Required: - Graduated in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with a strong interest in learning and building a career in sustainability and the green transition sectors. - At least 2 years of experience in Marketing (in case applicants who do not meet the minimum experience requirement but still excellently prove your ability and career orientation in line with the company’s development strategy, are considered for an interview); - Competence in creating content, planning, and developing content strategies with specific goals.. - Familiarity with basic design tools is an advantage. - Proficiency in document translation, excellent English writing and reading skills. - Responsibility and excellence in both independent and team work. - Proficiency in office computer skills. - Quick learner and diligent individual with a commitment to work. - Proactive attitude with a strong desire for learning and responsibility towards the assigned tasks.
