Job Location: KLINOVA Office – 2nd Floor, Green Pearl Building – 378 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy, Hanoi.
Working time: Monday to Friday

Job Description: 
-    Do tasks related to ESG activities and policies
-    Synthesizing, writing the content about climate change, sustainable development and green transformation 
-    Translate English documents which related to the company’s projects and services to Vietnamese
-    Make and report assigned tasks by manager
-    Manage company’s documents from manager
-    Contact and exchange with the partners of company
-    Direct participation in corporate projects
-    Conducting survey with customer (Board of directors, employees and other partners)
-    Data collection and analysis (Financial and Non-Financial data)
-    Writing reports 
-    Preparing requested documents
-    Organizing conference and events

Skills Required:
-    Completed bachelor studies or above in either Climate change, Environment, Energy, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Auditing, Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade, and Industries related to Sustainable development;
-    At least 2 years of experience in Green transformation (in case applicants  who do not meet the minimum experience requirement but still excellently prove your ability and career orientation in line with the company’s development strategy, are considered for an interview);
-     Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ESG report for business;
-     Strong IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…);
-     Demonstrating proficient English language skills in reading, writing, and communication would be a significant advantage;
-     Strong time management, independent working capabilities, and teamwork skills;
-     Possessing proficiency in data analysis and synthesis, along with the capability to deliver presentations to audiences;
-     Able to work in a Hanoi-based office, and have domestic and international business trips upon working request.
