On 30 July 2026, KLINOVA was pleased to participate in the Technical Training on Green Hydrogen: Electrolyser Innovation, Digitalization and Market Enablers, organized by Green Hydrogen Hub Viet Nam, GIZ Energy Support Programme - Viet Nam and under the International Hydrogen Ramp-up Programme (H2Uppp).
The training brought together experts from Bosch, DNV, VinEnergo, KLINOVA, and independent consultants to share the latest developments in green hydrogen technologies, policy frameworks, and market mechanisms supporting the energy transition.
Key training topics included:
- Advances in electrolyser technologies and the application of digitalization in system development and operation;
- The role of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) in supporting the low-carbon transition;
- Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) for decarbonizing hard-to-abate industries;
- Direct Power Purchase Agreements (DPPA) and practical implementation insights from industry.
During the programme, Dr. Nam NGUYEN, Founder & CEO of KLINOVA, delivered a presentation entitled:
"CBAM: From Carbon Compliance to Green Hydrogen Business Opportunities."
His presentation explored how the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is reshaping the global business landscape and emphasized that CBAM should be seen not only as a regulatory compliance requirement but also as a catalyst for technological innovation, industrial transformation, and new business opportunities in the green hydrogen economy.
Drawing on policy developments, market trends, and KLINOVA's consulting experience, Dr. Nam shared practical perspectives on how businesses can move beyond carbon compliance to build long-term competitiveness through decarbonization and green transition strategies.
KLINOVA sincerely thanks Green Hydrogen Hub Viet Nam, the organizing partners, fellow speakers, and all participants for fostering a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. We look forward to continuing our work with partners across industries to accelerate sustainable development and Vietnam's green hydrogen transition.
