On the afternoon of August 11, at KLINOVA’s office, a meeting was held between KLINOVA and a group of students from three national universities: Vietnam National University (Vietnam), University College Dublin (Ireland), and the National University of Laos.

The meeting took place as part of the Global Innovation Challenge program, organized by the Innovation Academy at University College Dublin, in collaboration with Vietnam National University and the National University of Laos. Within the framework of the course, the student group chose to research and develop solutions to the issue of single-use plastic waste in Vietnam - a matter that is attracting significant public concern.

The working and consultation session with KLINOVA’s experts formed part of the program’s activities, aiming to give students real-world exposure, opportunities to learn, and insights from businesses and specialists. During the session, KLINOVA’s experts provided valuable insights, assessments, and in-depth analyses, helping the students identify key aspects of the issue and refine their research ideas on single-use plastic.

The event offered young participants the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, strengthen their research skills, and enhance international collaboration, reaffirming the role of education in addressing global environmental challenges.
