Following several months of intensive learning and capacity-building activities, HerPOWER participants developed and presented innovative solutions addressing real-world challenges in Vietnam’s energy transition. The proposed ideas focused on key themes including energy storage and e-mobility, smart mini-grids and energy-sharing networks, as well as Agri-PV and carbon markets.

Representing KLINOVA, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, Project Director, served as a member of the Jury Panel alongside experts from leading organisations and companies in the fields of energy, innovation, and project development. Drawing on her experience in climate action, ESG, and green transition, Ms. Hue provided valuable insights and constructive feedback to help teams strengthen their concepts while ensuring both practical feasibility and long-term impact.

More than a competition, the HerPOWER Solve-A-Thon served as a collaborative platform where participants enhanced their leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and pitching skills while engaging directly with industry experts. The programme contributes to nurturing the next generation of women leaders in the energy sector and fostering innovative solutions that support Vietnam’s sustainable energy transition and green growth ambitions.
Through its participation in initiatives that promote capacity building and innovation in the energy sector, KLINOVA continues to reaffirm its commitment to advancing green transition and sustainable development in Vietnam.
