11:18 | 29/08/2025
On August 25, 2025, at the Green One UN House in Hanoi, the Youth Policy Working Group (YPWG), in collaboration with UNDP Viet Nam, organized a consultation workshop on youth engagement in NDC 3.0.

The event is part of the Youth4Climate Viet Nam initiative, aiming to ensure meaningful youth voices and contributions in the updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) - a critical step towards fulfilling the Paris Agreement and achieving net-zero goals.

The workshop brought together government representatives, development partners, civil society organizations, experts, and youth leaders to:
- Share preliminary findings from youth consultations on climate priorities
- Engage in policy dialogue on opportunities, challenges, and gaps to be addressed
- Co-design a roadmap for youth engagement ahead of COP30

Notably, Ms. Huệ Nguyễn - Project Director at KLINOVA, attended the event and shared insights on the role of businesses in supporting youth-led initiatives and integrating climate action into sustainable development strategies.
