On December 8, 2025, the School of Economics and Public Management (CEPM) – National Economics University (NEU) organized the CEPM Career Fair 2025, an annual event designed to connect students with businesses and organizations across various fields of economics, management, and sustainable development. The program featured career exploration activities, direct exchanges with employers, and introductions to internship opportunities, providing students with practical insights to guide their career pathways after graduation.
The event welcomed the participation of numerous organizations both within and beyond the economic and public sectors, offering a comprehensive view of the rapidly evolving labor market driven by digital transformation and the green transition. It also served as an opportunity for CEPM students to engage directly with employers and build early professional networks.

As part of the event, KLINOVA participated with a dedicated booth showcasing our services and career opportunities, including green transition consulting, ESG, green finance, and greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory services. The KLINOVA team engaged with students on emerging career trends in sustainability—covering skill requirements, industry expectations, and the growing demand for climate and environmental consulting in Vietnam.
Many students expressed interest in internship and collaborator positions at KLINOVA, especially in areas such as GHG inventory, ESG reporting, and carbon credit market. The event provided a valuable platform for KLINOVA to connect with young talent and reaffirm its commitment to supporting universities in developing human resources for Vietnam’s national green transition.

KLINOVA will continue to expand collaborations with academic institutions and participate in future career development programs, helping students access meaningful career opportunities while contributing to a strong and sustainable workforce for the country.
