The event was jointly sponsored by Cenland and Western Pacific, bringing together nearly 80 delegates including entrepreneurs, investors, and potential partners, creating an open space for networking and knowledge sharing.
The highlight of the program was the exchange session featuring two keynote speakers: Mr. Nguyễn Trung Vũ – Red Star Entrepreneur, Chairman of Cen Group, and Mr. Trần Anh Vương – Chairman of HANOIBA (6th term), CEO of Western Pacific Group. With the theme “Move or Real Estate?”, the speakers offered profound insights into the market, ranging from the strong recovery trend in 2025 to the new requirements placed on businesses. Beyond analysis of policies, credit, and FDI inflows, the discussions emphasized that sustainable development is the key strategy. In addition to location—traditionally considered the core factor—investors and businesses were encouraged to proactively create livable environments and complete ecosystems so that real estate can truly generate long-term value while contributing to the shared prosperity of the community.
As part of the program, HANOIBA also held a ceremony to officially welcome new members, marking the admission of 15 enterprises. Among them, KLINOVA officially became a member of HANOIBA. Representing KLINOVA, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Huệ - Project Director, took the stage to receive the membership certificate, affirming an important step in the company’s journey alongside Hanoi’s young business community. The event not only opened opportunities for cooperation and networking for KLINOVA but also demonstrated the company’s commitment to building sustainable development strategies together with other members of the association.
With open, multidimensional, and highly engaging discussions, “Morning Coffee with HANOIBA” once again affirmed its role as a bridge of knowledge and experience for the business community, while also opening new directions for investors to shape sustainable development strategies in the real estate sector.
